Is Lumbre available in English?
This page is. The dashboard, the agency websites, the legal terms and our support are in Spanish for now: Lumbre is built for real estate in Argentina, with prices in pesos and support from Tucumán.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Sign up and you get 14 days free with everything. If you want to keep going after that, you subscribe with Mercado Pago.
How much does it cost?
A single monthly plan, in pesos, with everything included. Final price. We'll publish it here very soon; in the meantime, ask us on WhatsApp. The first 10 agencies get a special price for 6 months.
How do WhatsApp listings work?
You link your phone from the dashboard (we send you a code to confirm it's yours). Then you send photos and a voice note describing the property to Lumbre's WhatsApp. In a few seconds you get the draft listing back, with buttons to publish it or keep it as a draft.
Does it publish on Mercado Libre?
Yes. You connect your Mercado Libre account once and publish from the dashboard or from the chat. Mercado Libre charges for property listings according to your account with them; that's paid separately.
Does it work if I'm on my own or don't have an agency?
Yes. Lumbre is for the whole industry: agencies with a team, auctioneers, independent brokers, agents and owners selling or renting their own property. If you work on your own, you get your website with your name or brand, WhatsApp listings and Mercado Libre, just like an agency. Everyone is responsible for following the rules of their profession, such as holding a broker's license when required.
Will my website look like other agencies' websites?
No. You choose your brand color and typography, write your headline and your agency's tagline, and the design is made for your agency. Every property has its own page, ready to share and to show up on Google.
What happens to my website if I'm late with a payment?
Your website stays online: your clients keep seeing it and contacting you. It only goes down if the account is closed, and that only happens after 70 days without sorting it out.
Can I add my team?
Yes. You add your agents and admins, and each one sees and does what their role allows.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel anytime from the dashboard and keep using it until the end of the month you paid for. We keep your data for 90 days in case you come back.

Can I recommend Lumbre to another agency?
